Spaghetti a La Carbonara


Ingredients:
Spaghetti 450 g
Pecorino Romano 80 g
Parmesan 80 g
1 egg
Beef brisket 200 g
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Garlic-5 tooth.
Dry white wine (table) 150 ml
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
