Dietary supervkusnyatina!


Ingredients (for 4 servings):
Curd low-fat (cheese) — 500 g
Skimmed milk — 100 ml
Fructose (or honey) — 50-70 g (2 tbsp. L. Or more)
Cocoa powder — 25-30 g (2 tbsp. L.)
Gelatin — 15-20 g
Not to get bitter chocolate, you can add more honey or fructose. Cottage cheese souffle recipe will appeal not only losing weight, but also the rest :)
