Ingredients (serves 16-20 donuts with a hole):
Milk — 250 ml
Flour — 380-420 g ,
Sugar — 40 g
Salt — ½ tsp ,
Soda — ½ tsp ,
Yolk — 3 PCs
Cocoa powder — 20 g
Dry yeast — 10 g ,
Butter at room temperature 50 g ,
Oil — for frying.
Frosting:
Powdered sugar — 150 g ,
Water — 3-4 tbsp
